Fiano di Avellino and Chardonnay are the protagonists of this selection: Fiano di Avellino is appealing and from soft-pressed grapes silky on the palate and rich in aromas of white fruit and hazelnuts. It’s perfect with shellfish and fresh cheeses. Instead the Chardonnay from Sicily have a more gently floral perfume and a good intensity with Mediterranean memoirs.
